NOTICE OF SALE OF SCHOOL PROPERTIES
(19 November 1960 - The Observer)

Notice is Hereby Given, that the Board of Education of School
District of the Fourth Class No. 26a, Ottawa and Muskegon
Counties, Michigan, will receive until 8:00 p.m. on

TUESDAY, THE 8TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1960
at the office of the Superintendent of said School District, or the Secretary of the Board of Education, sealed written bids for the purchase of the following properties, known as the Lillie, Rankins and South Evergreen schools, situated within said School District, Ottawa County, Michigan:

LILLIE SCHOOL
Located at the corner of Garfield St. and 60th Ave.

RANKINS SCHOOL
Located on Garfield St., near 60th Ave.

SOUTH EVERGREEN SCHOOL
Located at corner of Leonard St. and 88th Ave.

Conveyance of said lands will be made by Quit-Claim Deed and the furnishing of an Abstract of Title shall be the obligation of the Purchaser and not of the School District.
Purchaser may bid on any or all of the above parcels of property.
The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
