Obituary – Marinus Brink

Marinus Brink, aged 78, of 4510 W. River Dr., Comstock Park, formerly of Moline, passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital on Wednesday afternoon.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel; three sons, Henry Brink of Grandville, Onnie Brink, R#1, Caledonia and Karl Brink of Grand Rapids; two daughters, Mrs. John Lobbezoo of Byron Center and Mrs. Gerald Boersma of Phoenix, AZ; three step-sons, Milford Bennett of Flint, Donald A. Bennett of Traverse City and Orrie Bennett of Jenison; one step daughter, Mrs. Raymond Tate of Louisville, KY; 18 grandchildren, 10 great0grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Caroline Knoll of Holland, Mich. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the DeVries funeral home. Rev. William Swierenga officiating. Interment Forest Grove cemetery.

Mr. Brink reposes at the chapel where relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday and Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
